There are several options available for HeroStats support. The simplest place to start is by looking through the HeroStats documentation. It is also a good idea to read through the release notes. In particular, The Known Issues section lists many of the problems that we have already encountered.
If neither the documentation nor the release notes answers your question, then you can try the HeroStats mailing lists. It is a good idea to search through the list archives to see if your question has already been answered. If you still have a problem, then please send an email. Use the General Discussion mailing list if you are unsure which list to use, and do not hesitate sending us an email. We want to hear from our users!
